Need manual email change for account – expired email blocks access (Case #1699700)

Hello Figma Support Team,

I’m requesting help from a support specialist regarding an account access issue.

Current situation:

  • I have an open Figma support ticket: Case #1699700

  • The email address associated with my Figma account is no longer accessible (expired)

  • Because of this, I cannot log in, receive verification emails, or access/update my support ticket through the provided links

What I need help with:

  • I need the email address associated with my Figma account to be manually updated to:
    (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

  • I am the original owner of the account and can provide any required verification to prove ownership

At the moment, automated responses keep directing me to links that lead to a page where no support requests are visible, so I’m unable to view or update my existing ticket. I need this issue to be handled manually by a support specialist.

If you happen to have emails from your old address forwarded to your new email, we recommend trying a password reset first. This can help bypass the Google single sign-on and allow you to log back into your Figma account, where you can then update the email address yourself.

If your emails are not forwarded, I confirm that our support team can help manually update your Figma account email address. I can see your ticket in the backend and have added a follow-up note to your case so the team has the full context.

Unfortunately, I do not have emails from my old address forwarded to my new email, so I’m unable to complete a password reset on my end.

I appreciate you adding the follow-up note to my ticket and sharing the full context with the support team. I’ll wait patiently for their review and follow-up.
