Hello Figma Support Team,
I’m requesting help from a support specialist regarding an account access issue.
Current situation:

I have an open Figma support ticket: Case #1699700

The email address associated with my Figma account is no longer accessible (expired)

Because of this, I cannot log in, receive verification emails, or access/update my support ticket through the provided links
What I need help with:

I need the email address associated with my Figma account to be manually updated to:
(redacted by the moderator due to PII) -
I am the original owner of the account and can provide any required verification to prove ownership
At the moment, automated responses keep directing me to links that lead to a page where no support requests are visible, so I’m unable to view or update my existing ticket. I need this issue to be handled manually by a support specialist.
