This happened after i verify my account successfully. I tried contacted sheer id and figma via email already. They do not help.

After successfully verify my education account, I still cannot proceed to edit education file.

I took a look at your email associated with your forum account, and I confirmed that you are verified as a student on the team: ESC
From the file browser, you’ll want to make sure that you’re working from within this team in order to access your Pro features. Click the down caret icon to the left of your current team, if ESC is not listed.

I still cannot edit the file after the owner of the file change access to anyone with the link can edit. I’m not sure how can I be able to edit it. Even though I verrified already.

This does look a bit unusual, and it’s possible the verification was completed using a different email address. To help us investigate further, could you please DM me the email address you used to reach out to the Figma Education team? I’m not able to locate your ticket on my end yet.
If possible, please make sure to use the same email address associated with your Figma account and used for verification. Once I have that, I can escalate this internally and help move things forward.
