Hello Figma Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected charge of $105 that was applied to my account today.
When I initially subscribed to Figma Pro, I was charged $5, and based on the information shown at the time, I understood this to be the full cost for my usage. I was not made aware of any additional charges, upgrades, seat additions, or higher recurring fees that would result in a $105 charge.
I did not intentionally upgrade my plan, add extra seats, or authorize any additional billing beyond the $5 payment. At this moment, I also no longer need the Pro plan, and the charge was made today. I have not used any Pro features since the payment was processed.
I kindly ask that you review my billing activity, clarify what triggered this charge, and issue a refund for the $105 if possible, as this was not an expected or intended payment.
