Why is it impossible to remove unused monthly seats in our billing?

I am in urgent need of support on our Figma account. 

 

We need all users to be on annual accounts, but there is no way to remove the unused monthly accounts. I have tried the contact us help button and also emailing our Figma rep but have been getting no response for over a week now. Can you please help with this issue before out next bill comes out, as it will be drastically high compared to our actual usage. 

 

Outcome - 

  1. Monthly seats reduced to 0
  2. All Editors covered by annual seats
  3. No auto-added monthly seats going forward

I hear you and completely understand your frustration. Our team here on the forum isn’t able to assist with Billing, but I took a look at your email associated with your forum account. I can see that you’ve also reached out to support directly and they replied to you yesterday on ticket #1700004. 

For any additional concerns, please reply directly to support via email.

Hi I have received an answer from support but it offers slim to no clarity on how to resolve the issue. I am attempting to set up a call with your team and hope that this helps me resolve the issue.
