Annotations - when typing and then scrolling, the text disappears and is lost

I just tried duplicating this behavior using a macOS desktop app, and the annotation text remains there as expected even after scrolling away. Are you still experiencing this issue?
Which macOS are you using and is your desktop app up to date? The latest version is 125.11.6.
