Hi,

I accidentally left two extra seats active on our subscription, even though the project was completed and we no longer need the team. The payment for these seats was processed today.

Could you please issue a pro-rated refund for the two unused seats for this month?

For billing questions like refunds, or seat charges, we’re not able to make changes directly from the Forum for security and privacy reasons. That said, our support team is best equipped to review your subscription details and confirm whether a pro-rated refund is possible.
