Dear Figma Support Team,  

I hope you’re doing well. I’m trying to upgrade to a Professional Seat using my Visa Platinum Debit Card (enabled for international transactions), but the payment is not going through. The system prompts me to try an alternate card.  I’ve previously used the same card (older version before expiry) for Figma payments without any issues. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter so I can proceed with the upgrade using my current card.  Thank you for your support and understanding.

It sounds like your card is being declined due to a temporary payment or verification issue. Contact your bank to confirm international or online payments are allowed, double-check your card details and billing info, and if it still doesn’t work, reach out to Figma support with the error message so they can assist with processing the upgrade.
