I hope you’re doing well. I’m trying to upgrade to a Professional Seat using my Visa Platinum Debit Card (enabled for international transactions), but the payment is not going through. The system prompts me to try an alternate card. I’ve previously used the same card (older version before expiry) for Figma payments without any issues. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter so I can proceed with the upgrade using my current card. Thank you for your support and understanding.
