Verification limit exceeded - Need Help Resetting Verification for Figma Student Plan

Hello,

I am currently a college student at MassArt and have been experiencing ongoing issues with a “verification limit exceeded” message for some time now.

I first contacted SheerID regarding this issue and received a generic response stating:
“We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”

After that, I contacted Figma and was informed that I would need to reach out to SheerID in order to have my verification attempts reset. I attempted to contact SheerID multiple additional times and offered to provide any documentation necessary. However, each time I received the same generic response stating that they were unable to process my verification request.

At that point, I gave up and managed with the limited features for the remainder of last semester. However, for this semester, I need my Figma account verified under the student plan as soon as possible. I have tried contacting SheerID again, but I am unsure how long they will take to respond, and I am not sure what else I can do to move forward.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resetting my verification attempts so that I can verify my Figma account and continue my coursework without interruption.

Seems like someone helped me get my account verified and I no longer need assistance.

SheerID responded with the same response:

“Please be advised that we’re unable to process your verification request. While we can’t offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts.
Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”
