Professional Plan from Yearly to monthly payment

Hey ​@Admin_Henkelhiedl, I understand your question about switching your subscription from annual to monthly.
 
While it is not possible to directly change an existing annual subscription to a monthly subscription, you can, however, downgrade the seats you want to switch from annual to monthly by adjusting their seat types before your plan renews. This way, you can resubscribe with the payment frequency you prefer.
 
To downgrade a seat from a Full Seat to a View seat, please follow these steps:
 

1. From the file browser, click Admin in the left sidebar.
2. Select the People tab.
3. Click a person’s current seat from the Seat type column.
4. In the popup modal, select and confirm the new seat type.
