Hello,I am trying to verify my student status to access the Figma Education Plan through SheerID, but I encountered an issue during the process.At first, I received a message saying that my account could not be verified with the information provided. After a few attempts, the message now shows “Verification limit exceeded”, which prevents me from continuing the verification process.My college does not provide institutional email addresses for students — we use Gmail accounts for academic purposes. Other classmates from the same institution were successfully verified using the same type of Gmail account.At the moment, my Figma files are locked, which is affecting the continuity of my classes and the development of my portfolio.I would kindly like to request a reset of my verification attempts or guidance on how to proceed in order to restore access to the Education Plan.Thank you in advance for your attention and support.
Hello everyone,I’m currently a student working on publishing and design projects that require Figma, and I rely heavily on it to keep up with my classes.I recently tried to apply for the Figma Education Plan, but the system shows a message saying “Looks like you’ve already been approved for this offer.” and or “Verification Limit Exceeded”. (Regarding the “Verification Limit Exceeded”, I deleted my previous account and is making a new one with the same email (We were advised to delete it and try it again...) However, I can’t see any Education Plan details, when looking for it in the free option together with the other plans. The only available plans are the starter, professional and organization. Because of this, we were advised to use the Starter Plan for the sometime, but its limitations (file/team restrictions, access concerns, etc.) are making it hard to work efficiently and keep up with my classes and deadlines T-T Already sent a email to the SheerID regarding this and is waiting
We have launched our website; our CEO have decided unpublished the website made with Figma make, hoping to solve some issues, however today we can not publish it again and on Monday we have to present our work to an investor. Please someone who have solved this problem before give us some tips
HelloI used to have a connection with my GitHub repository. I made a few changes in the website that I built up in Figma, and wanted to do one last time push before I publish the website. I am having issues with the website getting connected to the GitHub so I can push the code. I have the same message popping “Failed to Push the Code XXX repo” or if I try to create another repo to connect after I copy the Figma makefile, I am getting “Could not create repository” in red on the message. I tried doing it on chrome and Safari, both failed. I clean up cookies, I re-log in, I charge from another computer as well. The issue is consistent. So, what?
I was flabbergasted to find that the Figma iOS app on my ipad can’t present the nice slides we have prepared. Are iPads not a thing?The experience of presenting through safari is also stuffed. It does not go full screen, the install app banner is permanently stuck and the top bar for Figma goes behind the ipad clock and status bar.Please do better and justify my iPad lifestyle.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with the Figma → GitHub integration and I can’t seem to get it working.Every time I try to create a new GitHub repository directly from Figma, I get an error and the repo is not created. Because of that, I can’t export or sync the generated code to GitHub.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Removed the Figma GitHub integration from my GitHub account Deleted all repositories that were previously linked to Figma Reinstalled / re-authorized the GitHub integration from Figma Tried creating a brand-new repository again Repeated the whole process multiple times (around 10 attempts) Despite all of this, the issue persists: I still can’t create a repository from Figma, and the export to GitHub fails every time.At this point I’m not sure if this is: a permission or OAuth issue, a GitHub account / org configuration problem, or a known bug with the Figma GitHub integration. Has anyone run into this before, or does anyone know what else I can check or reset?
I've added a Navbar element which is Sticky. When I scroll down, it goes behind some certain elements. (not for all) I know the fix is just to set a higher z-index but there is none in Figma site.Did anyone resolve this problem?
I’m experiencing a recurring issue in a Figma Make project after extensive usage within a single project file.In this project, I was able to successfully run 1084 prompts. However, when attempting to run Prompt #1085, the execution fails repeatedly. Each retry shows the following error message:“Couldn’t connect, check your internet and try again”(A new Request ID is generated each time.)This happens consistently, even after multiple retries, and does not appear to be related to my local internet connection.In the same project file, when I switch to Code Mode, the main file App.tsx displays a warning:“This file is large and may cause errors.”Because both issues occur together, it seems likely that the problem may be related to project size, accumulated prompt history, or generated code limits within Figma Make. Questions / Help Needed Is there a limit on the number of prompts that can be run in a single Figma Make project? Is there a file-size threshold for App.tsx or other generated

Same issue as a few others mentioned in this forum : I deleted a team by mistake and I wanted to restore it, but weirdly enough I didn’t receive the mail / link that I should have according to the docs.Similar issues in the forum seems to point to the fact that another mail may be defined as owner and the mail may have been sent there instead, but I’m pretty sure I was t he owner (and if not I probably shouldn’t be allowed to delete the team in the first place).So yeah I’m confused, if anyone faced similar issue happy to have your thoughts on the subject !
hii hae an account with figma, and am hesitant to share personal inormation here, but that account was shared with me as a team member with me being an admin of the team.We recently fired a designer, and before we could remove assets they went rogue, kicked us out of figma, and stole all of our designs.We’re following up with approrpriate authorities, but want to see if there is anything (hopefully) we can do on this end. I have full control of the organization as an owner of it, can verify anything about it - even at the domain level (like txt record verification ) - including people with whom the account was shared, billing info, etc. At this point, because we have been removed from the account, we are not only concerned with the designs, but with the fact that we were paying for figma and have no lost access, fundamentally making it impossible for us to change billing information, and ultiamtely causing us expense that we cannot control. Figma Sites: I want an image to DISSOLVE into another image after a delay. It works when transition is set to “instant”, but the dissolve does not work (it looks same as instant).
I’m wondering if there is a reason for the delay in response to my Jan 6, 2026 email to education@figma.com. The issue is open and I have an ID number but there has been no response. I am locked out of Figma even though Sheer ID approved me September 2025. I have provided all the info from my correspondence with SheerID in my email to Figma. Anyone else have this issue? I had to delete my student account, because an error I made while signing up, I had verified as student. When I recreated the account, using almost identical information, I tried to re - verify, but the limit was exceeded. I tried to reach out to SheerID, but they referred me back to Figma. Since my issue is time sensitive. I was hoping to get a quick reply. But despite numerous attempts, all I got was radio silence. I was hoping to reuse my verification or at least lift the verification limit so that I can get verified. I open a ticket which is #1709060.
I don't have a college issued email, but my email is registered under the college. I want to access figma for students because I do alot of design works and ui ux stuff. So i would really appreciate if i could get it. I can provide college ID proof.

Hello! I recently completed the steps to verify my education status so I could access the education plan with my school email. SheerID said that I have been verified on their end, so I would need help from Figma. I did not receive any emails on my personal email so I did not accidentally verify the incorrect email. Please let me know what I can do to remedy this! Thank you :)
