I’m sure it’s frustrating for you to be charged when you’ve already cancelled. Did you add any users to seats after cancelling the plan, or shortly before cancelling? I’m wondering if this is a prorated charge. While we’re unable to assist with billing and account issues here in the forum, I did a quick search and found a ticket you submitted to our support term.
