I already canceled my subscription, and I can no longer see the subscription status. But you still charged me $30 yesterday.

I’m sure it’s frustrating for you to be charged when you’ve already cancelled. Did you add any users to seats after cancelling the plan, or shortly before cancelling? I’m wondering if this is a prorated charge. While we’re unable to assist with billing and account issues here in the forum, I did a quick search and found a ticket you submitted to our support term. I flagged the request to our team, so you should hear back soon.
