When Slides first rolled out, there was an option in the admin panel to disable Slides. We did that at the time because there was no “Collab” seat. But now, the option to use slides is permanently grayed out. And the option in the admin panel to enable slides is gone.
We would like to have slides enabled in our organization. Can someone please get in touch with me to sort this out? I had reached out before. And was told the issue will be resolved. That was last April in 2025. One year ago. Slides is still disabled for the organization.

In short, they've gone ahead and activated Figma Slides for your organization. (For context, after Slides was made generally available, if the Admin users of the Org plan had them disabled, they remained disabled for the entire organization).
