I have a promblem that has been going on for a few weeks now where I use for example a button that has a while hovering interaction on it. The button comes from a component set where I have different types and sizes of my buttons.

I preview the buttons starts acting up and when looking at the prototype tab interactions has been added to the button that was not there before.

Example: I add the default button that only has while hovering as interaction. I change the size to medium and the type to outline. When looking at the prototype tab interactions has been stacked and the button is trying to go between the large and medium hover state at the same time.

This is super annoying since I can’t trust my preview and needs to explain to customers that it’s bug within figma that causes my design to look crazy.

This dosn’t happen all the time but there is something wrong with the interactions and states for me. In the uploaded video you can see that when I do a copy of a component and add it to another it adds an interaction back to the main component that has not ever happend before. It also gets a hoverstate that does not exist.

I have tried reinstalling figma and do all the basic troubleshooting but nothing works.

Her is an example of when an interaction gets added. I changed the size of the button from Medium to small and the hover interaction from the medium button stays and stacks on top of the interaction from the small variant of the button.

I second this. I have the same type of bug since the last few weeks. Sometimes it helps to reset the Interaction. But as soon as I make changes inside the instance, copy it, or modify anthing, additional Interactions are automatically added and messing up the instance interactions.
