Hello Figma and Support Team,
I made a mistake when trying to add new members to my Professional team and need your help please.
I already have one Professional Plan team (on an annual subscription), and wanted to buy an additional 8 seats within this plan. However, instead of adding a seat to my existing team, I mistakenly purchased brand new, separate Professional plans (also on an annual subscription). This means I am now paying for 9 independent subscriptions for the same team, and none of them can edit team projects. I would like to transfer the new plans to full seats within the existing original professional account please.
I have already emailed Figma Support about this multiple times, however I have not received a response.
Please could you either transfer the professional plans to seats within the existing professional plan and I will pay the difference, or refund the plans and allow me to purchase the full seats as normal.
