O FIGMA cria LINK e não abre a página

Olá pessoal!

Estou frustrado com o FIGMA. Criei um aplicativo que realizasse uma pesquisa de campo para empresas e essas informações fossem direcionadas para o aplicativo e no final o sistema gerasse um relatório técnico. Até aí, tudo bem, porém já comprei créditos e utilizei apenas para esse problema. O link é criado, mas ao direcionar para o endereço, a página fica em branco. Contudo, o problema persiste. Já utilizei todos os créditos e preciso que tomem providências referente a esse problema de geração de link que não funciona. 

Por favor, utilizei todos os créditos e não consigo resolver o problema.

It sounds like you’ve had a frustrating time trying to resolve the issue, especially since you’ve run out of credits. Just to make sure that I understand the issue correctly, you are saying that you published your Figma Make project but it loads a blank page when you try to visit the published website? What is the website address of your published site, if you don’t mind sharing it here on the forum? 

 

What will be helpful either way is to see if there are any console errors when visiting the site. To check the console in Chrome, on your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows) OR Cmd + Option + J (Mac). If there are errors, you’ll see them colored red in the console. Giving specific errors like that to Figma Make can be helpful in getting it to solve issues. Depending on the issue, you might even be able to solve this yourself through editing the code in Figma Make, that way you don’t need to wait until your credits reset.
