We recently purchased a paid (Premium) Figma plan. Shortly after the purchase, our account was accidentally deleted. As a result, we currently cannot access or use the paid plan we have already paid for.We opened a support ticket about this issue, but it has not been processed yet and we have not received a response. We bought Figam because we need it 🤔
Now the service is getting worse since you make opening URLs in browsers, not Figma App as it was before. Please bring it back so that when user click to URL the Figma app is opened, not a browser. It was so good when you click to URL and the app opens! would be great if you bring it back

I went through the educational pipeline and used sheer ID to verify. I didnt have the option to upgrade my team at all. Went and attempted to do it again, i reached my limit. I reached out to Sheer ID themselves to talk to their customer support. Confirmed that I am verified through them through emails.I figured it would take a few days. Its been 3 days, and I dont have a means to upgrade my Team to Education. I think something is borked for my Account on Figma? Id honestly love some help, I am trying to learn and make this a part of my pipeline.I just think that something in the verification pipeline failed to trigger the Figma callback or something, but I dont know who to talk to regarding it. I’m experiencing a recent issue when exporting PNG files from Figma. Even with all elements aligned to the pixel grid (X, Y, width, and height are integers), “Snap to pixel grid” enabled, and no effects applied (like blur, shadow, or feather), the exported images are showing unwanted blur and visual glitches.This did not happen before — it seems to be a new behavior. I’ve already tried exporting at 1× and 2×, using slices, double-checked parent frames, removed auto layout, and ensured everything is aligned — but the problem still occurs.I’d like to know if this is a recent bug, a change in how Figma handles exports, or if there’s any fix I’m missing.
Hi everyone,I’ve encountered a persistent and critical issue with Variables in our Design System. It seems like a synchronization bug between the Variable data and the Canvas renderer.The Problem: When I update the HEX code of a primitive color variable, the changes don’t always reflect on the canvas.Strange behavior observed: The "Split" state: If I select an affected element, the Selection Colors and the Variable Modal show the new color preview. However, the element on the Canvas still renders the old color. Instance vs. Main Component: In some cases, clicking through the layers of an instance or even cutting and pasting the instance back (Cmd+X / Cmd+V) forces a visual refresh. However, this does NOT work for Main Components — they remain stuck with the old color regardless. New objects are affected: Even if I create a completely new shape and apply that same variable, it sometimes still renders the old color. Yesterday we tried to upload a 160-slide presentation, quite large (total size 250 MB). But we couldn't upload it in its entirety, even though we tried multiple times from different devices. We had to split the presentation into 30-slide sections and upload them that way, then combine them. What happens is either some of the slides are damaged, or Figma crashes and asks to reboot, or the file is uploaded, but instead of all the pictures there are purple squares.
Hi,I am currently working on my portfolio website in Figma Sites. And I'm running into a problem when I hit publish. I am getting a few error messages about unsupported objects from Figjam. “Figjam Shapes with text not supported; Figjam Connectors not supported” I originally designed the user flow charts in Figjam. But then copied and made them smaller in Figma Design. And then copied & pasted them into Figma Sites. And Figma Sites does not like it. Has anyone run into this problem? And how did you resolve it?

I paid to access dev mode. My card was charged and I can see in Figma I have a Dev seat. But when I click to access dev mode I get the same message telling me I need to ask an admin to enter dev mode? What gives?

I’m trying to make an image gallery with a hover effect. I thought I could create one component with a blank image in both variants (normal/hover), duplicate it multiple times on my page, change the fill image for each instance, and keep the hover effect. But the images aren’t linked. When I hover and it switches variants, it changes the image.Is that even possible? Will I need to create multiple main components? Here’s my component where both image layer has the same name.Here’s me trying to change the image of an instance and being disappointed the image didn’t link in both variant of said instance.
I have a published design library that uses extended collections. I made an update to the extended variables and published ( as normal). When accepting these changes into a design figma .. the file will not keep the update or it won’t accept the change. I have selected Update over a dozen times, closed figma, refreshed tabs, tried on web and desktop app and still it tells me i need to update

I’m posting here as I’ve been unable to get a response from Figma Support and am hoping someone from the team or the community can help. I am a Student on a Masters program and I’m experiencing an issue with the Figma Education verification process. SheerID has confirmed that my account was successfully verified on 9 September 2025, but I’m now unable to reapply or reset the verification due to a 335-day approval limit, which SheerID has stated is set and controlled by Figma. SheerID has made it clear that they cannot reset or override this restriction and has repeatedly directed me back to Figma. However, despite contacting Figma Support, I’ve yet to receive a response. At this point, I feel like I’m being passed back and forth between Figma and SheerID without any clear resolution. I’m honestly quite disappointed with the lack of communication and the slow response time from Figma, especially as this directly affects access to an education licence that I rely on. I’ve designed a table with about 15 rows, each with 10 columns for a SaaS product I’m working on. Each row was created from an instance of a component. I’d like to change all of the data in the table so there’s some variance between each row/column so it’s more realistic. I tried using the Replace Content and Rewrite This AI tools by selecting the rows in the table and asking it to change the data so there’s more difference in the numbers (amounts and $$) in each row, but it just updates the first row with new data and then uses that same data in the rest of the rows. Could it have something to do with each row being an instance of a component? I’ve used the Replace Content and Rewrite This Ai tools other times, with some success, but in this case it’s having trouble. Let me know if there’s a different tool or better prompt to use.
I am a student at a higher education institution and I have been issued an official school email address by my university.Unfortunately, my university does not provide students with direct login credentials (password or external SSO access) for this email address. Access to the mailbox is only possible through the internal university system (Outlook / extranet), and it is not possible to log in to third-party services using this email account.Because of this limitation, I am unable to sign in to Figma using my school email address, even though I am eligible for the Figma Education plan.I would like to ask if there is any alternative way to verify my student status (for example, by providing proof of enrollment or a student certificate), or if there is any workaround in this situation.
