안녕하세요. Figma 환불이 필요해서 글을 남깁니다.
5.24에 결제된 Monthly seats - Full seat를 남은 사용기간만큼 환불받고 싶습니다.
해당 문제를 해결해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

I understand that you're looking to request a refund for a Full seat unintentionally purchased on May 24, and would like the team to review the remaining unused portion of that subscription.

I took a look and can see that you've made a few attempts to contact Support about this. To help keep everything organized and ensure the team has the full context, those requests have been merged into ticket #1936300, which is currently with the Billing team for review.

While we're unable to review billing matters or process refunds through the Community forum, please rest assured that your request is in the right place. Please keep an eye on your inbox, as someone from the team will follow up with you directly as soon as they're able.
