Billing and website publishing info-Figma Site

I upgraded from Starter to a Collab seat and was charged €43.56.

While trying to publish a Figma Site, I selected Continue on a prompt and then saw a projected invoice with a €161 billing adjustment, which appeared to trigger a Full seat upgrade requirement.

I immediately canceled because I only wanted to publish my portfolio website.

I am trying to confirm whether the €161 billing adjustment will be removed and whether my account is currently on a Collab seat or if any Full seat upgrade was applied.

I would also like to confirm what is required to publish a Figma Site and connect a custom domain for a personal portfolio website.

I raised a ticket with the AI support a few days ago but received no email confirmation and no reply.

From a UX perspective, this experience is terrible in terms of transparency and billing clarity:

  • No clear warning that you're about to incur a much larger charge.
  • No email confirmation of the support ticket.
  • No ticket number visible.
  • I am stuck talking to an AI loop.

Hey Sonia, thanks for your patience and for sharing all this context! I can see your support ticket has been picked up and the team has already looked into your account. Please check your inbox for their reply and continue the conversation there directly. They're best placed to confirm everything around your billing and seat status, as we're not able to handle account-specific details here on the forum.

To answer your questions about Figma Sites:

- Publishing a Figma Site is available on all paid plans. Note that you'll also need edit access to the site file, which requires a Full seat. More details in our Help Center article.
- Custom domains are available on paid plans (Professional, Organization, or Enterprise), and also require a Full seat to manage, since publishing and domain management both need editing permissions. On a Professional plan, you can connect up to 10 custom domains. More details here.

Since your request is now in good hands with the support team, I'll go ahead and close this topic here. For any further questions or billing details, please reply directly to your support case.
