Request for Refund- Unintended Renewal

I understand you'd like to cancel your subscription and are requesting a refund for an unintended renewal.

Please note that payments for Figma subscriptions are non-refundable.

Since we're unable to assist with individual billing issues directly here on the Forum for privacy and security reasons, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team directly by submitting a support ticket:

1. Go to the Support Hub
2. Type "Billing" and click Start a chat
3. Include details about your unintended renewal and refund request

This way, someone from our team can reply to you directly via ticket email.
