Figma AI rename not working

Still rename layers isn’t working
When I’m clicking rename layers, my whole figma app or webpage freezes

Following up here, ​@uiux_harshit — thanks for your patience. I'd like to narrow this down and see what we can rule out:

1. Platform and version: Are you seeing this in the Figma Desktop App, a supported browser, or both? If you're on the Desktop App, can you confirm you're running version 126.2.10 or later?
2. Scope: Does this happen across all files, or just specific ones?
3. Restart: Have you tried restarting Figma, and if so, did it make any difference?
4. Timeline: Did this start recently, or has it been happening for a while?
5. Error messages: Are you seeing any error messages when the freeze occurs? If so, this guide may help identify the issue: Troubleshoot in Figma Make → Error messages.

This will help me try to replicate on my end and loop in the right team if needed. I'll keep an eye out for your reply. 🙏🏻

I tried on both desktop and browser and I'm using latest version

No, after clicking Rename layers it's freezes entire app, then i have to quit it then i can start using can
