Tom Clarke

I was in a make file earlier today testing out a solution another team member was working on and it looks like we have both been charged for the work that they were doing.

It looks like I’ve spent 1k credits today after only being able to find one prompt worth 180 tokens recorded against it.

Update:
I started the month (27th 1258) with 10.5k tokens to myself but have noticed that it now reads that we are sharing 7.5K tokens within the company.

Hi @Tom Clarke,

I understand why you're concerned about this unexpected credit consumption, especially since you weren't the one actively running the AI actions and the usage doesn't match your prompt history.

Thank you also for the update about the shared company tokens.

Because this involves your specific account usage and billing details, we aren't able to troubleshoot this directly on the forum for privacy reasons. However, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1967300) for you so our team can investigate this further.

While they look into it, feel free to check out this guide on how credit consumption works for these features: How AI credits work — Understanding credit consumption for agentic AI features

We appreciate you reaching out to us here, and someone from our team will follow up with you directly via the ticket email.
