Issue with Figma Make Generation

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while using Figma Make.

When I attempt to generate a design, the process fails and returns the following error/reference ID:

5ca8fbde-5ac7-4731-8351-4a8cc3e7c812

I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. Could you please investigate the problem and let me know if there is any additional information required from my side?

For reference:

    Hi ​@adminmah , thanks for reaching out and for sharing that error ID! We're aware that some users experienced errors while using Figma Make yesterday (June 16). (We've identified an issue leading to errors while prompting Figma Make and and Agent using Anthropic models.) This has been resolved. You can find more details on our status page here.

    That said, since you're still seeing the issue, we'd like to take a closer look at your specific case. The error ID you've shared (`5ca8fbde-5ac7-4731-8351-4a8cc3e7c812`) will allow our team to trace exactly what happened with your request.

    A few things worth trying in the meantime:

    1. Refresh and retry: if the incident has been resolved on our end, a new attempt may go through successfully.
    2. Check your network settings: occasionally generation failures can be related to network configuration. You can review recommended settings here: Adjust your network settings
    3. If generation completes but changes aren't showing: click Refresh preview at the top of the preview panel to force an update. If that doesn't help, try refreshing the page and prompting again. As a last resort, you can also duplicate the Figma Make file and start prompting fresh in the copy.
