Unrecognized $16.05 monthly charge – Need help locating account

Hi Figma Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance in tracking down an active Figma subscription. We have noticed a recurring charge of $16.05 per month on our corporate bank statements dating back to January.

Unfortunately, we do not know which specific email address or account this subscription is tied to. We suspect it may belong to a current or former employee, but we currently only have the bank transaction details on our end.

Could you please let us know the best and most secure way to share these transaction details with you so we can locate the account and manage or cancel the subscription?
