Where are all my screenshots?!

I started using Figjam because it is an approved system from the company. I painfully moved my work screenshot each image into the Figjam. And now all the images shows up BLANK. WTH. Is there a solution to fix this? Or is this a lost cause? If it is the latter I am NOT touching figma ever again. Wasted so much of my time and effort.

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear this happened. I can understand how alarming it would be to open your FigJam and find all of those screenshots appearing blank after spending so much time adding them.

I've gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so the team can take a closer look into what’s happening. Your case number is #1966845.

In the meantime, it would be really helpful if you could reply directly to the ticket with:

  • A link to the affected FigJam file, and invite support-share@figma.com with “Can View” access (this won’t impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate further with Engineering).
  • Whether you're seeing this in the browser, desktop app, or both
  • A screenshot of what the blank images look like
