Could you please help me?
We accidentally purchased a seat for the wrong team—an annual subscription. We need to fix this and move the seat to the correct team. This happened today, just a couple of hours ago. We don't need to cancel anything; we just need to get it set up correctly—removing the seat from one team and adding it to another.
I contacted support via the form and have a ticket number: 1967696. However, I haven't received an email confirmation, and nothing shows up in my list of requests—even though the bot claims otherwise.
