I created a design on figma, then i want to copy, since yesterday, it has been telling me failed to copy, please help 

My entire team received the Figma software update, the latest person received since last month. I'm waiting for the update, but my Figma hasn't updated yet.What can I do?

When I try to use a library outside of the file that I’m in, I can see the contents of the library but if I try to use anything it shows an error. E.g. I have a file with some colour tokens and components in that I’m using as library. I have another file which is using the library. When I try to use a colour from the library I see the list of  available token in the library, but when I select one I get an error message saying ‘An error occurred while retrieving the variable’. If I try to add a component from the library, again I can see the component in the library but when I try to insert an instance I get the error message ‘Unable to load. Something went wrong. Try closing this window and reselecting the component.’

Hi Figma Support Team! I recently realized that I stored most of my files in an old email that doesn’t exist anymore (my student email that has since been deactivated) and I was wondering if there was a way to recover these files or change the email associated with that account to a new one? Hello, we are experiencing an issue with Figma AI. Yesterday we entered prompts into Figma AI, but when we tried to generate the result, it showed an error. We tried again 2–3 times with different attempts, but the same issue kept happening.  We refreshed the page, but the problem still continues. Hello,Our latest invoice seems to have an incorrect total.The “Billing adjustments” item is $19.53. We use 1 full seat + 1 developer seat, and last month we added 1 more full seat. The adjustment should only reflect that new seat, but it looks like it may have been charged nearly twice.I believe the total should be about $20 lower.I already contacted support but have not received any response for more than 3 days. Because I need it to solve and send proper invoice to our accountant, I tried to issue it to sales team, but ticket was closed without any comment and comments are disabled. If I start chat with “AI agent”, it’s response is more than useless (it it asking for the information I already write or offer might to add memo to my invoice). Jiri Kala

Hey guys, So I just started playing with Figma sites, and I’ve pulled in components from a component library I built in Figma design. The components are built with nested icon components that are setup flattened and named consistently so that I can create interactive prototypes. In Figma the buttons with nested icon buttons render properly maintaining the variable token colour assigned to them.But when I bring these components across to Figma sites. The buttons work as expected, but the nested icons appear to ignore the colour style variable overrides applied to them.In the editor I can change the variant states of the buttons and the icons appear and render as expected with the proper color rendering.But as soon as I preview or publish the site. These same components no longer render the same.Looking into the code it appears that the fill is being applied properly to the divs, but for some reason, the svg layer is ignoring this style override and reverting back to it’s original black

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on a multi-brand design system in Figma using Variables, and I’ve structured it into three collections:• Primitives• Semantics• ComponentsBoth the Semantics and Components collections use the same set of modes, which represent different brand themes (Brand X, Brand Y, etc.).However, I’m running into a problem:At the moment, there’s no way to tell Figma that the modes in these separate collections are related to each other. Hi all,My team is trying to connect Figma and GitHub's Cloud Coding Agent (not GitHub's local VSCode coding agent). Our end goal is enabling the cloud coding agent to access Figma MCP tools like  “get_code”/”get_design_context”. Since there's no public plans yet on any direct connection between the two, I have questions about potential alternatives:Are there any plans or current capabilities for Figma MCP to support a PAT or API based authorization? This would be incredibly useful for apps that don't use Oauth like GitHub's Cloud Coding Agent. Hi, like several others - I’m having an issue in Figma Make in one specific project. Error: “Couldn’t connect, check your internet and try again”Request ID: 19e5ee8b-aa58-4a84-8d5f-a53c88d47d6a Behavior:  In this project, Make stops processing my prompts/requests and shows the error banner. It starts to process the instructions but then remove it entirely Other Figma Make projects work normally. If I create a clone, the same error appears again.  What I tried: VPN and blockers disabled Tested on Windows (chrome) and on phone with mobile data (same result)  

I've created a slider/carroussel component with 4 slides/steps prototyping the interaction with after delay to trigger the next slide. The problem is that once I play, it always plays slides 1, then 2, then 3, and before it reaches 4 (and last one) it goes back to 3 and keep switching in eternal loop between slides 2 and 3. I've linked the prototype to play all of them in sequence, and then in slide 4, go back to 1.I checked all the links and it seems ok. Cannot share flie, is under NDA. I also updated my figma desktop, forced quit figma and opened again, and nothing worked. Also tried in the browser (chrome) and it keeps the same bug. I've found people here with other issues in after delay, but not this specific one, when it stucks in a loop. Can you guide me in what I can try to solve this?

I have been encountering an issue with Ctrl + Right click to see the layers. it works in browser and not works in the Figma App. 

Is there a way to remove libraries on project/ team level which was enabled on organization-wide level by admin? Without need of organization admin.I can't see these libraries in admin panel as a workspace admin, neither in Team or Project settings. Users can manually remove these libraries in each file, but we have whole teams working with specific local libraries

I’m designing a website in Figma, and my design is built with Auto Layout. I’ve now switched to present mode to test my prototype. However, elements look different in present mode than they do in the design. The layout looks broken in the preview. But in the design, everything is working as it should, including the responsibilities. Do you have any idea? Design:Present / Preview  

Last Friday I had ~20 files in my Draft folder, now they’re no longer there. I raised support ticket #1910647 yesterday, but haven’t had any response.I had two Figma profiles/accounts that I could switch between using the dropdown — a free personal account and a seat within my previous client’s plan. I had stopped working with that client in February and have had no access to their file folders since then, however that Figma profile was still visible within the dropdown. As far as I was concerned, the files I had saved in Drafts were under my free personal profile.Yesterday I went to upgrade my free account to a Pro account, but realised when the upgrade form opened that it was listing my old client email address. I tried to change to my personal one, and was asked to sign in again. It wouldn't accept my password, so I reset it. After signing in I noticed my Draft folder was empty and that the old client profile was no longer visible within the dropdown.Could the ~20 files I thought I

Somewhat related to other reported slot issues, but I haven’t seem this particular issue reported: I add a slot to a component instance, and set it to fill the slot container’s widthI duplicate the component instanceIt loses the fill constraint and it reverts to fixed width I haven’t tested if this is an issue for other scenarios (eg. ‘hug’ constraint)

We are experiencing rendering issues between Figma and Zeplin during screen sync.Our screens are separated into different pages based on functionality, and all UI elements are built using components from a centralized Design System.When switching between pages in Figma, some components appear visually broken or incorrectly rendered. In order for them to return to their correct state, we need to double-click the component manually.Since Zeplin captures a snapshot of the screen during sync, these rendering issues are also uploaded to Zeplin and appear there as well.Has anyone experienced something similar or found a workaround for this issue?

When trying to open the Code Connect UI, i only see the Publish Library button, not the “Library >” menu as is stated in https://developers.figma.com/docs/code-connect/code-connect-ui-setup/. We have already published this library. Why can’t i access the Code Connect option? There are some naming conflicts in a few of the components which need resolving, but i don’t see why this should stop me applying code connect to the remaining components? Any suggestions why i cannot see the Code Connect UI option?  

I started experiencing the issue this week. I’m reviewing a design I made previously using slots and components we have since forever. The horizontal size of the table cells are setting to random values even after fixing it manually. I manually set the cell size but after a while it sets to something completely random. I experienced something similar before, but the instances go back to normal after clicking on them, this issue is not solved by just clicking on them. I’m I doing something wrong? does anybody experience the same?   

Hey everyone! I have a question about component variant switching and text strings. I’m trying to build a link sidebar, I made component variants for it (title, subtitle, active subtitle). When I use this components in my design and fill in appropriate link names, then switch a single link to an active variant, it switched the text to component’s text, not the one I entered.How can I go about it to prevent it from switching?Creative text variables is not really viable because that’d be a lot and not useful imo. Here is the example:BeforeAfter:

My Figma account suddenly got suspended, and it contains extremely critical client files and ongoing work. I’m very anxious, and If I can’t recover the files on time, my client may charge me a very heavy penalty.I’ve already opened support ticket #1914447. Has anyone faced something similar or successfully recovered access/files after an account suspension?Any guidance would really help. Thank you.
