Both links/icon opens figma community, But why they became different after last update?

I've encountered a blocking error in our plugin development environment that began approximately one week ago:{ "message": "in setPluginData: This pluginData entry exceeds 100 kB per entry limit."}While this 100 kB per entry limit is documented in the official setPluginData documentation, it wasn't actively enforced until recently. Our plugin functionality depends on storing entries larger than this limit.Questions:Will this restriction be enforced in the production environment as well for the existing plugins? If yes, what is the expected timeframe for enforcement in production?

Hey guys!I’ve suddenly run into a really annoying issue while trying to preview my project.I have a footer designed with auto layout, positioned to stretch left+right and pinned to the bottom. When I place the footer on a page (e.g. the home page) and open the preview in responsive mode, the footer jumps to the top of the page. However, in actual size mode, everything looks fine.I’ve tried different positioning options, but nothing seems to work. None of the other auto layout sections have this problem, only the footer.Is this some new Figma glitch, or did I just miss an important step? I’ve been using Figma for a long time, but this one has me stumped.I’d really appreciate a helping hand! Have a great day, everyone! 🌼

I’m facing an issue where I can’t change the angle of a gradient style applied to a stroke. When I try to drag the gradient endpoints, they remain fixed, and clicking the Rotate Gradient button doesn’t seem to have any effect.Interestingly, when I set the gradient style as a background, I can rotate it as expected.   

When my variant works in parent component but not when child / instance. Parent / Master:Child / InstanceBUT! it works if I detach from main component!?

​​​​​I can't find my Auto Layout options after updating Figma... But as you can see, Auto Layout is applied to my interface. Anyone else having the same issue?

Issue in Figma – Underline State Not Behaving as ExpectedContext:I'm creating a component (e.g. a link or button) where the label has an underline that should appear only on hover — but without causing layout shift.What I tried in Figma: I set the text to always be underlined. In the default state, I set the underline color to 0% opacity (invisible). In the hover state, I change the underline color back to 100% opacity (visible). Problem:Even though I set the underline to 0% opacity in the default state, it remains visible — Figma seems to not register the change in underline color opacity between variants.

A coworker transferred admin access to me since I have a paid account and they were on a trial account and the file is not gone. If i have a paid account and the file is under my admin, why can I no longer access the file? I need to get access to this ASAP. The attached image is what I see when I get click the link to access the file.  

After importing a figma file in figma the images do not appear in the design.I have received the the figma files from the UI designer.

 I have checked Drafts and Trash, found nothing.Is there any way I could restore my projects?

Hello, I have some questions about Figma’s subscription plans.I am currently on the annual Pro plan, with a renewal date of March 9, 2025. Since Figma’s new plans will take effect from March 11, 2025, I am considering canceling my current plan and re-subscribing to the new plan after March 11.However, I have two concerns:If I cancel my plan now, will I still be able to use all Pro plan features until March 9, 2025? After canceling, I understand that all files will become view-only. If I re-subscribe to a new plan after March 11, will I regain editing access to those files?I would greatly appreciate clarification on these points. Thank you in advance!

Hi! I’m in an agency and I work with a lot of clients. Each time I’ve tried to onboard a client in the Figma process, the edit account of my client is added to my bill… I want them to manage their own accounts while keeping the file property till the end of the job. I have a suggestion for the developers:can you stop messing with EVERYTHING every fucking day? Every single day something gets moved, shortcuts stop working, useless new stuff replaces what was already there, and bugs pop up overnight in every fucking tool I try to use.Seriously, can you stop testing garbage and just leave things as they are? Is it possible that after merging a branch, the changes in the main library file are not visible to other library users until 'Publish' is clicked?

Currently, I have to click 'Show more properties' to access alignment options for components that are not in Auto Layout. Is there a way to make these alignment options visible by default, without needing to expand the panel?

Is it possible for clients to add and modify content on the site without needing to access Figma or having any prior knowledge of the platform? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

A similar question has been posted by another user about 3 years ago, but they didn’t have a solution on their post.I am trying to get the “like” button to return to its default state when the “dislike” button is clicked and vice versa.When hovered over, they reveal a tool tip and turn gray.Each time one of these buttons is clicked, it shows a different notification overlay (liked notif, disliked notif, and undo notif (undo happens on 2nd click)).Below is the current logic I am trying for the “like” button (I’ve tried a few variations, I’ve asked AI, and I’ve tried different variables. I’ve also tried having both buttons in the same component set).If you have any ideas at all, please advise. I will try those too. 😅Thank you in advance! 

Comments just disappeared on a file for us. Has there been any resolution?

I just left a team on figma as i am no longer working for that company and after creating a file, I did not realize that the file was actually in the team. after I left the team, the file is now gone.is there anyway to recover the file back to my account?

I’ve added a lot of animations to one slide in my deck and it seems to be breaking the app. I’ve got 3 more to plug in but I keep getting this error: Error ID: 398179845c5a4e60b0273a827aadd94c 

I have the same slowdown happening today as a number of others here.Just hiding a layer is delayed by 5-6 seconds after the first layer’s clicked to hide.Many Paster plugin is so slow it took 38 seconds to paste 13 items into text fields!I shut down all my other files. I closed and reopened Figma. I closed all my apps and restarted my M1 chip MacBook Pro w 32GB. Still no love!Can’t work like this and this was not happening before the upgrade yesterday. Please roll back this version so I can get to work, then performance-test before rolling out again.Thanks...Racine

Hi Figma Copmmunity, is there a way to protype so that when you have a component list created and one of those items is selected another component list shows up with the ability to select a second option in a separate component list?
