STUPID BUG SUPPORT BOT

Guys, this isn't funny anymore, seriously. I can't get through to your support because you haven't fixed your bot. How will you find out about bugs if I can't contact you? Do I have to write here every time to get support, or will you please resolve the issue with your support bot? IT'S ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT YOU. EVERYTHING. YOUR BOT PLAINLY REFUSES TO SEND THE FORM AFTER I FILL OUT THE FORM. all the time.

Hi, ​@Elyriades. Thanks for your post - it sounds like you have a pretty frustrated experience trying to submit a bug. And you’re right, we want it to work properly so you can easily report those.

 

I checked on our end but couldn’t find a recent chat for more info about the issue you ran into. Could you provide some details here regarding the bug and what happened when you tried to report a bug through chat?  I’d like to help you with the issue as well as understand why you weren’t able to submit a bug.

what should i have to provide you? The problem was described in detail in the ticket, but media cannot be attached here.

You shouldn't have to work this hard just to reach us, I'm really sorry for the experience.

Since we weren't able to capture your report through the bot, could you share the details here in the thread? To help us investigate, it'd be great to have:

  • What you were experiencing, a description of the bug you originally tried to report
  • Steps to reproduce, what you were doing when it happened
  • Screenshots, you can attach these directly in your forum reply
  • A screen recording, if that's easier, you're welcome to upload it to Loom or Google Drive and drop the link here

On top of that, I'd also love to understand where the bot let you down, could you describe where in the form it stopped working? For example, did it fail after you clicked submit, or before? And if you saw any error message, that would be really helpful to know too.

 

Once I have all of that, I'll make sure everything gets to the right team.

Okay, I'll contact you again, but what next? I always have to communicate with you here, or maybe you'll finally fix your bot that refuses to send tickets. Give me a normal way to interact with you. Why is everything always so stupid?
