Looking at your screenshots, your AI credits are still available. You have 272 AI credits left for the month. What's happening is that View seats on the Professional plan come with 500 credits per month, but there's also a daily cap of 150 credits. Once you hit that daily limit, access pauses until the next day when it resets automatically. So if things feel blocked right now, that's most likely what you're running into rather than missing credits altogether.
You can check your current balance and reset date at any time via the main menu in any file, just look for the AI balance option. The How AI credits work article also has a full breakdown of limits by seat type if that's helpful.
