Edoardo Mileto

Hello Figma Product Support Team,

Thank you for your response.

I would like to add an update to my existing support case:

Ticket ID: 1973925

The issue is still occurring and has now been affecting my account for approximately 3 days.

No matter what prompt I submit in Sigma / Figma Make, the result is always the same:

"Something went wrong"

This happens even with the simplest possible prompts, such as:

  • "Hello"

  • Changing a single text label

  • Replacing one word

  • Any basic edit request

Sigma starts processing the request ("Thinking..."), but after a few seconds it always fails with the same error.

Latest Request ID:

1a7cdc5b-eac6-47e2-8e73-3219b1325f73

I have already reported previous Request IDs in the same ticket.

This issue is currently blocking an active website project and preventing me from using Sigma for any modification, even the most basic ones.

I have already granted view-only access to support-share@figma.com and provided the Figma Make URL associated with the issue.

Could you please verify whether there is a problem affecting my account, workspace, or Sigma service, and if possible escalate the case to the Engineering team?

The project is currently blocked, therefore any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Edoardo Mileto

Hi @Edoardo Mileto,

Thank you for the detailed update!

I understand you're still experiencing the "Something went wrong" error in Figma Make, even with the simplest prompts, and that this has been blocking your project for about 3 days.

I was able to locate your support ticket (#1973925) and have gone ahead and added the information you shared here as an internal note to help bring more visibility to your case and prioritize it accordingly.

Since we're unable to investigate individual files directly here on the Forum, I'll go ahead and close this topic to keep all the communication consolidated in your dedicated ticket. Please continue the conversation by replying to your ticket email, one of our specialists will follow up with you when they're ready.

In the meantime, if you haven't already tried this, it may be worth duplicating the file and attempting to prompt again in the copy to see if there's any difference.
You can find more troubleshooting steps here: Troubleshoot in Figma Make

Thanks!
