I have an auto layout frame where I’m trying to get the nav bar to fix position at the top of the frame. There is no option in prototyping like when fixing a nav bar in a normal frame. Is this not do-able or am I missing something? I’d also like to create a back to top button in a frame but that doesn’t seem to be possible either. Thanks!

In the present prototype, "Copy Link" is not creating the right URL. URL should have “prototype” in them but now it has “design” instead. The copied link goes to the front cover of the working Figma file.

I got this error while using community.

Any figma file when I am viewing in the present mode or prototype mode. The screen is not showing properly  We can see in the attached screenshot like how the screen is showing half. I have changed the browser view it in firefox, brave even installed desktop figma app it is showing like these. But when view via mobile it is showing properly. I have clear cache in the browser

The delete property button does not work. I accidentally created a variant, and want to delete it. But this minus button does nothing!   

In the right panel of Figma Design, when opening the Variables dropdown menu or applying variables for any numeric input (Corner radius, Gap, Padding...). Next to each token, there is a new thumbnail representing a number value “1234”. It’s disturbing the reading of my variables. How can I go switch to the previous dropdown design ?Thank you 

Hey there, im trying to fix a bug in my current Portfolio preparation. Ive used several frames that stay sticky at the top boarder and stack up on top of each other. I tried to look for it in View like ive seen online but the option is not therethis is my first time using the app what do i do

When I export a screen as a PNG or JPG, there will be random faded grid lines on some parts of the image. The filter icon in this example also doesn’t have a box around it in Figma.  I’ve tried exporting with different settings and always get the same result. There’s no grid on the screen in Figma - it looks completely normal there. When my coworker exports the same screen, it’s normal for her. Any idea why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

I’m trying to register a Figma account using the email address (redacted by the moderator due to PII) but during the registration process, I received an error indicating that the email was disabled.However, this email address is currently active and in regular use. Hello,I’m currently using the Figma for Education plan, and I would like to use the AI First Draft feature to assist in my academic projects. I’ve checked my settings, and the feature appears to be enabled, but for some reason, I still can’t access or use it.I’m not sure why this is happening, and I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Hi everyoneI’m facing an issue with one of my files in Figma. I’m the Team Owner, but the file has somehow become ownerless after trying to move it from Projects to Drafts and back. Now it just shows no owner, and I can’t find any option to reclaim it, even though it’s inside my team space and I have “can edit” access.I contacted Figma support, but the AI assistant said ownerless files can't be claimed directly, only ownerless projects can. It also mentioned that I can still edit the file or grant access to others, but that doesn’t help with actual ownership.Has anyone experienced this before?Is there any workaround or way to properly reclaim ownership of a file in this situation?

Recently I got a problem with my Figma projects (web and app likewise) - all the PNG files in any project does not load, as well as their thumbnails (the thumbnails got partially fixed at some point, but now are not loading again).My attempts to fix the issue:Pressed Help - Troubleshoot - Reset Figma and Restart couple of times. Cleared my both C and D drives (not completely), removed the unnecessary .fig, .psd, .png files, some apps, even the After Effects and Media Encoder, since the initial thought was the problem was caused by some sort of incompatibility.  Cleared the browser cache (both the Chrome-based one I use and the Chrome itself). Updated the AMD drivers to the latest version. Updated Figma app to the latest version. Re-installed Figma app like 5 times, and I hope it was a proper reinstall, since everytime I opened FigmaSetup, it just went straight to the app, without even a chance of choosing different drive to install (I don’t remember how did the app behave the very firs

However, the message doesn’t specify which team.From what I understand, the plan applies per team, not per account.Has anyone run into the same situation? Hi! I have a strange problem.When I use Auto Layout in the **web version** of Figma, everything works fine. The Auto Layout panel appears on the right and I can change padding, spacing, direction, etc.But in the **desktop version**, even after pressing Shift + A and applying Auto Layout to a frame, the Auto Layout panel doesn't appear on the right side at all.Things I already tried:– Reinstalled the app– Cleared cache (from AppData folders)– Restarted computer– Switched UI modes– Tried different files– Used another Windows user account– Checked latest versionStill the panel is missing in desktop app, but works fine in web. I'm using Windows and live in Uzbekistan.Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance! 

The interaction tooltip is failing to show up in the prototype panel when clicking on an interaction. The issue is happening consistently for me when there have two or more interactions on a frame. When there is only one interaction on the frame, the properties panel does correctly show the interaction tooltip.  

Hi, If I upgrade from my current free account to Figma Pro, will I get instant access to Figma AI?

In the past, I would create a component, and then could select the individual text layers to add text properties to them. As of yesterday, when I create a component, I can only apply text properties by creating them on the component, and then selecting the text layer and applying the property. This is a lot slower than my previous workflow. Is this a bug? Is this intended functionality as part of an update? Is the ability to create text properties directly on text layers still there and I’m just missing it? Thanks for your help!

When I share a prototype with someone, they are able to view the prototype, AND can also view the whole design file if they go to the top menu dropdown and click “Open in Editor”. Q: How do I share my prototype without user being able to open my design file? [there are prob ways to keep user from editing the file, but that’s not my concern, because I don’t want them able to view the design file it in the first place.

The panel “properties” on the right side is not available, I cannot make it to appear, It doesn’t matter if there is a selected object or not. This happens in any project, new or existing or even in a copied project from other teams. I can’t find the option of activating the properties from my two accounts below (notobd4x4@gmail.com and obandemanny17@gmail.com) kindly look into this please.

Hi guys, does anyone know which plan includes the AI features and Figma Sites? just reading about Figma Sites for the first time. I’m thinking of moving my website from Framer to Figma, but I’m not sure if it’s the right move yet.Also, how flexible is Figma Sites for customization? Like, is it possible to add a form, connect input fields to Google Sheets (or something similar), and add custom links to CTA?
