Hi everyone,I’m a self-learning UX/UI designer and also working as a freelancer. I really want to upgrade to the Figma Pro plan to support my work.However, I’m facing issues with payment. I tried using my Wise virtual debit card, but the transaction didn’t go through. I don’t own a credit card and don’t want to get one right now. I also attempted with my regular debit card, but that payment failed too.Is there any alternative way for users in India to subscribe to Figma Pro without a credit card? I’d love to hear if anyone has managed to solve this issue.Thanks in advance for your help!

In the Windows Figma clientIn the Android Figma app,the text may rendered not clearlyand you can see sometimes there are lines on the glass material in the Android Figma app When using the prototype, the edges of text may appear blurry at times (including on the Windows platform and the Android App).When using glass-like materials, the edges may also appear unclear and exhibit odd lines (Android App).

I'm trying to make a site but for some reason outlines isn't working/showing and i want to be able to edit the text with the outline showing but I can’t.Editor:Site Preview:

This issue has been bothering me since I started using Figma a few years ago:The rendered px units in Figma are about 8% smaller than they are in Chromium-based browsers.In other words, when developers copy px values from Figma and implement them on the web, the rendered results are around 10% larger than the design.This is a really serious issue, especially when selecting very small font sizes - for example, there is a considerable difference when a font is rendered at 10px, 11px and 12px, and designers are very careful when selecting small font sizes.And just in general, you design for a specific experience, especially when creating fluid web page designs - a 10% difference is a huge perceived difference on a large page, and it just gives the design a different feel and experience versus what you actually designed.Here is a test to illustrate the difference:

If Make is disrupted for any reason, maybe the internet bugged out for second, maybeClaude AI got stuck processing the prompt, or whatever - It stops processing and you lose the prompt.This is especially annoying when I write a longer prompt, so I’ve had to get into the habit of writing prompts in a text editor and pasting them into Make in the case this happens.Can we have it so that if the processing fails, you at least don’t lose your prompt so you can re-run the request again?

Hi, I deleted my pro team like a couple days ago and i canceled before I deleted. But figma still charged the subscription. May I know if I could get refund for that. 

'enable local MPC server'  opened a pop up saying I was on a Starter plan.  I followed the link and bought a Professional Full Seat but the same pop up come up when I try 'enable local MPC server' 

I've seen here on the forum that many people are having the same problem. I've tried duplicating the file, and this message still appears, even with short prompts. Does anyone have a solution?

Recently, Figma Make has started refactoring the entire codebase when I request a small change, which breaks previously working components. What could be causing this, and how can I prevent full regeneration?For example, after giving Figma Make a simple prompt, it starts rewriting unrelated parts of the code. Our company was approved as a Bootcamp under the new Figma EDU verification processes which is amazing however, we had additional questions that we’re trying to get answered so that we can operationalize and get our in flight students reverified under the new program. Our many emails have gone unanswered. Has anyone else who’s an approved bootcamp gotten their students successfully verified? We did sent our initial list over but again, no response as to if they were or weren’t verified. Our students are starting to lose their access. 

Hello Figma Community!I tried re verification for FIGMA student, but it was showing network error even though network was good, and continuously trying it was still showing the same error.Then it started showing Verification limit exceeded.So I contacted sheerID via mail, they responded with:We were unable to process your verification request. And Your ticket has now been permanently closed.Please provide the solution for this issue otherwise I won't be able to re verify student plan.

I was changing a color and somehow it started horizontal scrolling. I have checked everything, there is no setting on Prototype for me to stop this, I’ve tried all the settings changes and topics that were listed on the Figma help pages and on Google. Nothing is stopping the horizontal scrolling! I’ve even created new documents, added a shape and it’s still scrolling horizontally! I have no idea what happened and no idea how to stop all my files from scrolling right off the screen. Help!Video of my screen going crazy on multiple files. No Prototype settings at all.  

I am a student at SIMATS(SAVEETHA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL AND TECHNICAL SCIENCES) and I am currently using my official university email address (@sevaatha.com) to access Figma. However, the system does not recognize my domain as eligible for the Education Plan.Could you please review my case and add @sevaatha.com to the approved education domains so that I can benefit from the Figma Education Plan? Hi,I’m using Figma Beta. And in the last version 125.9.3, there is no more the Auto-Layout section in the inspector. So I’ve to get back to Figma when I want to change something in my layout. I closed and re-started the app many times.

I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to view images in my file. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success: Restarted Figma three times Restarted my computer Checked both the Desktop app and the browser version Despite these efforts, I am still unable to view the images. Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?

When I try to apply a blend mode to the color of an element, there is a high chance that the setting will not succeed. It may even revert my modified color values to the previous ones or select other layers.I will give an example next: 1.select some layers2.use color blend mode effects3.the text was not set to the Plus Lighter blend mode 

I can’t seem to reset the overrides / changes I made to a component instance in Figma Slides. This is a missing link in what could be a USP feature against other presentation builder software!

Hi,I figured out a bizarre behavior when I try to rezise instance of component.It happens after last Figma’s update Figma Desktop App version 125.7.5 (some days ago).I will try to explain it, in a short way :Legacy, I created a component Text which wraps a child instance of component Rte. This Rte component was created for utilties reasons : it display generic text for a bunch of differents others components.The 2 components Text and Rte by default use an auto-layout root wrapper and a fixed width (280px) which is define inside a variable. When I use instances of these components, I override the resizing from Fixed to Fill, in order to get responsive behavior with different viewports width.It worked fine, before the update.Now when I reset an instance of component which is wrapped as a child inside a component (

I have a full Figma Design Project for an app. Multiple screens, all annotated, and want to bring it to figma make. I have done it but the results are horrible (icons missing, backend like login functions not working). Am I supposed to bring in the chat only one screen at the time? all the screen are responsive, made up with components and annotated to explain what each field should behave,  both design wise and backend wise.Anyone with the same problem, or with suggestions?  

Hello Community, I’ve been trying to utilize the Material Icons within the content of my web designs on Figma. The issue is that whenever I insert a Material Icon into a line of text with a different font, the icon itself is not vertically aligned with the surrounding text. Instead of resting on the same bottom line, the icon is elevated above the rest of the text. Even when I try adjusting the line height of the icon individually, no changes are made to its vertical position. Has anyone been able to achieve the correct alignment when using Material Icons within lines of text? 

Im sharing interactive prototypes with developers who access files via Dev mode. How can they see interaction settings? I.e. Triggers, delay, duration, etc:  

Our institute, Venturetech Computer Education, is based in Sheikhupura, Punjab-Pakistan. We want to get listed for Figma Education verification so our students and instructors can benefit from Figma’s educational resources. What is the process, and are institutes outside major cities (like Sheikhupura) eligible for listing?* I already contact with “education@figma.com” but didn’t get any response.

I am currently in a student plan, and I have the app version of Figma on windows.I am designing a website with the Desktop frame and when I go to its prototype panel, under Prototype setting, the “Desktop” option is gone. I hope this will be fixed soon.
