Hi, @connor-tan. Thanks for posting - that’s unfortunate that you’re having trouble using our MCP server with Codex.

Since we can’t assist with billing and account issues like refunds here in the forum, I can help create a support ticket for you so our customer support team can help. Before committing to that path, though, what kind of trouble are you having when you try to use the MCP server? I’d like to help troubleshoot that for you so you can get the most out of your purchase.

Ahh, thanks for the screenshots - very helpful! Did you originally connect Figma through chatgpt.com/plugins ? What you're running into happens when Figma is connected to Codex through the ChatGPT Apps/Plugins route rather than Codex's own dedicated Figma plugin.

Here's how to get it working with the Codex-specific connection instead:

  1. Open the Codex app and go to Plugins (upper-left corner).
  2. Click the + next to Figma.
  3. Click Install Figma to start the install.
  4. Complete the authentication flow and click Allow access to connect your Figma account.

You can find the full setup steps are here: Codex and Figma: Set up the MCP server. Once completed, you should see the Figma plugin connected and ready to use directly in Codex, without routing through chatgpt.com. Let me know if still have trouble after following the above steps.
