Hi, I was shocked when I was trying to check monthly subscription bill which always comes with reminder before the due with extra charge 12.10$ for “BILLING ADJUSTMENTS”? which I don’t know how it comes like this, and it is the first time Figma charge me extra for me like doing nothing! Since I have been actively designing for the last 10 days, and 20 days left I did not use my figma, and with their new AI feature is useless when i try to use remove background image it came with error code or something! I send you the images, there is red symbol that ai did not response and the error code “something went wrong ID:” Please help to solve this because my due pay is on 5th, or either i need to cancel the payment.

Hey @Anggi Yanuar — welcome to Figma Forum and thanks for flagging these issues. 🙏🏻

  • Regarding your first question, I can't access or share billing details in this public space for privacy reasons, but from what you've provided, it sounds like what you're seeing may be related to a prorated charge. Seat adjustments or credits can be issued when a seat change results in prorated credit for unused time on the previous seat, when monthly seats are converted to annual seats, or when there are prorated charges for seats added mid-cycle. For more on this, have a look at this resource: Manage payment and invoice details
  • For your second question, thanks for the screenshots and for catching this error message. I've touched base with our Customer Support team and shared your post so they have the full context. If you haven't already, please make sure you've granted Can View access to support-share@figma.com for the impacted file so they can take a deeper look. They're reviewing it under case number: 2045672, and will be in touch with more clarity on next steps as soon as possible.

Appreciate your patience as we get this sorted out, and please don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up.
