Report a Problem

Hi,I accidentally moved my project "Видавництво Старого Лева | Лендинг спільноти" to Trash. This is an Education Team, and I am the Team Owner with edit access. The project is still visible in Trash and shows 2 files, but:- there is no Restore option;- there is no three-dot menu;- the Files tab is empty;- double-clicking the project does nothing.I have already confirmed that I am the Team Owner and have edit access.Could someone from the Figma team please check whether the project can be restored or explain why the Restore option is missing?Thank you.

Hey everyone,I've been dealing with a frustrating bug lately and wanted to post here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing — and to get it on Figma's radar if it hasn't been reported yet.---**The Bug**Components from my shared library that are set to **Fill container** (horizontal) are not rendering correctly when a file is opened. They appear collapsed or incorrectly sized — but the Fill property is still correctly set. The moment I click anywhere on the affected frame, it instantly snaps into its correct filled state. No property changes, no workarounds — just a click.I've attached a short screen recording that shows this clearly: a **Save and Cancel button pair** is initially invisible inside their container, and after I click the frame they snap into the correct position immediately.---**Why It's a Big Deal for My Workflow**This is causing real problems for our design-to-dev handoff. Our developers use Figma specs as the source of truth for building components. When

I am paying for full-seat professional account but I am unable to press publish button for figma site, can you help me? is there any setting up I can fix?

Hello Figma Support Team,I'm writing to find out why my account has been restricted. I'm currently unable to share any of my Figma files, which is preventing me from working. I've had this account for more than 6 years, and this restriction is affecting my ability to do my job. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know:1. The specific reason for the restriction2. What steps I need to take to resolve it3. How quickly this can be fixedAccount email: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)I need this resolved as soon as possible since I rely on this account for work. I have already sent several emails to support with no response and this is severely affecting my work. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Best regards,Paula

This is the Figma web browser version. How do I turn off these giant thumbnails? They suddenly started showing up and take up so MUCH vertical space. 😭

When importing SVGs stop converting <circle> tags into <path> tags. Please stop. It breaks my workflows. Please please overhaul your SVG engine. It is so buggy and broken.

I’m having intermittent issues of my layers that have motion applied to them turning into white boxes. sometimes they render when I play motion, sometimes when I play in prototype mode. What I can’t fix is when I create a motion animation on one page, and move it toanother, it never renders anything on the other page but the white boxes. i’ve tried clearing the cache by turning motion on/off and even closing the app.

Hello,I am the owner and only member of my Starter team workspace. On August 2, I used Figma Make for one AI generation. After it completed, my AI Balance showed 332 credits remaining.I did not perform any further AI generations after that.On August 4, my account shows 0 AI credits remaining until Sep 1.Could you please check my AI credit usage history and explain how my remaining credits were consumed? If this is expected behavior, could you please explain why my balance changed from 332 to 0 without any additional AI actions?Thank you.

When using Alt + Drag in the layers panel to create a duplicate object, the ‘alt state’ remains after alt release and mouse release. So, when one then hovers the cursor over anything in the design panel, such as width, opacity, padding, etc. the cursor becomes a horizontal double arrow and clicking in any of the input fields in the design panel to enter a value is fruitless. One needs to hit Alt again to reset/clear the ‘frozen’ alt state. This started I would say a few weeks ago. It’s a bit similar to what I and some others were reporting just recently regarding clicking on the visibility icons in the layers panel, or even the lock icon, and on mouse release the app would still behave as if it were in the mousedown state and any layers that the cursor hovered over would immediately get lock toggled or visibility toggled. This is somewhat similar, a sticky alt state remains after alt + drag and release on keyboard and mouse. Thank you for your time.

Hello Figma Support,I canceled my Figma Professional subscription before the renewal date, but I was charged $22.00 on August 2, 2026.According to the receipt, this payment is for the Prorated Professional Full Seats (monthly) subscription covering July 2 – August 2, 2026. Since I had already canceled my subscription, I believe this renewal charge was made in error.Could you please review my account and process a refund for this charge? Here are the payment details from the receipt:Receipt Number: 2208-2340 Invoice Number: 43XMYH3N-0002 Amount Charged: $22.00 Payment Date: August 2, 2026Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.Best regards,

Hi everyone,I'm reaching out to the community and Figma support for clarification regarding a billing issue. To complete a specific project, I upgraded to a paid plan for extra credits/features. Once the work was finished, I cancelled the subscription. When checking my profile settings, my account currently shows as the Free Standard plan. However, I was charged today for the subscription renewal.I would like to know: How can I confirm that the cancellation was successfully processed and that no future charges will occur? In cases like this, is the charge refunded automatically, or do I need to submit a specific request to Figma Support?

Couldn't load Make. Try checking your network connection or refreshing the page. (M2)

Hello,I am writing to request a refund for an annual charge on a dev seat that I did not intend to renew. Before my subscription renewed on August 4th, I went into Team Settings to cancel the dev seat. However, I could not find any option to cancel the annual billing — the only available option was to downgrade to the Starter plan. As a result, I was unable to cancel in time, and the annual charge went through without my consent. If this charge is not refunded, I will file a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원) and pursue the matter with Figma through legal counsel if necessary.I am requesting a full refund of the $144 charged under what I consider a deceptive dark-pattern billing flow that gave users no clear way to cancel. Please open a support ticket for this issue and let me know the next steps for processing the refund.Inquiry details:Date/Time: August 4, 2026, 6:30 PM (KST) Email: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

How to fix the “Live preview failed” issue in Figma Make? I did the troubleshoot and immediate fixes available in the internet like: refreshing the page, duplicating the page, opening in different browsers. It is still working properly on March 13, 2026 but the problem started on March 16, 2026

Is it possible to apply multiple presets to one path in motion? I tried applying "Draw" & "Erase" but only one works. Can anyone help?

We’ve built several animations in Figma Motion to embed on our website as animated SVGs. We’ve built this into our front-end system.Up until a few days ago, the SVG output would respect the timeline setting for looping (play once vs repeat).Suddenly when we export, it is animating the SVG so that it loops indefinitely - ignoring the timeline setting. Is this a bug?

Hello, I’ve tried every solution I could find so far, but I still haven’t been able to implement local fonts in Figma Make.I would like to use fonts such as Inter from locally hosted font files instead of loading them from Google Fonts. I also need to use custom fonts that are not available on Google Fonts.Unfortunately, none of the approaches I’ve tried have worked. Could you please explain whether local and custom fonts are currently supported in Figma Make and, if so, what the correct implementation process is? This is particularly important to me because, without a reliable way to host fonts locally, I cannot confidently use Figma Make for projects intended for the EU.

Hey! I have a small but annoying problem. I recently created a new component with Slot, Instance swap property and preferred values. When I use the component preferred values don’t appear by default for some reason. It worked correctly for components I created some time ago, but doesn’t work anymore—you always need to switch the filter.Link to doc where it says that preferred values should be shown by default: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/5579474826519-Explore-component-properties#preferredDoes anybody noticed the same problem? Or do I do anything wrong? Instance swap setup with preferred values: Choose instance dialog with filter Created in this file applied by default:

So with the recently release of Figma, I am not able to select my library for make. It by defaults selects a ui kit where in i don’t have a kit created. Is there a way to select the library again like previously?

I want a monthly billing, but there is no menu.

Hi I had an automatic upgrade to full seat without consent while I only intentionally subscribed to collab seat and only used Figjam boardso why the automatic upgrade took place?!! my initial subscription invoice number was VJLAYYEK-0001 and you can clearly see that I paid for the collab seat on professional plan

Using the REST API v2 team-context webhook (event_type: FILE_COMMENT), registered via public OAuth on a Professional plan.ProblemA newly registered webhook delivers events reliably for roughly the first hour, then Figma stops sending events entirely within about 1 to 4 hours, even though every health signal still looks fine.In the dead state:- GET /v2/webhooks/{id} returns status: ACTIVE, with the correct endpoint, event_type, and team context.- GET /v2/webhooks/{id}/requests shows the earlier successful deliveries (all HTTP 200, no errors), and then NO further delivery attempts at all for events that happen hours later. Figma isn't attempting and failing -- it simply stops emitting.- The OAuth access token is valid the whole time (GET /v1/me returns 200).- The receiving endpoint responds 200 promptly; there are no timeouts or non-2xx responses in the requests log.Steps to reproduce1. Register a team-level FILE_COMMENT webhook via the REST v2 API (OAuth, Professional plan).2. Add comme

I would like to raise ticket with figma billing team as I am unable to purchase a monthly figma license for my team. I keep getting this error. “Sorry, we are unable to save your payment method. Please refresh and try again.”

I have been working on a Page inside a Draft. It was last edited on Wednesday, July 29. This week, when I opened the Draft, the Page was gone. The Draft now shows a "last edited" date of about two months ago, which does not match my actual work history at all.TimelineAbout two weeks ago, I was mainly working on the Page from my work laptop. When I tried to open it from my personal laptop (same Figma account), the Page was not there, even though it still existed on my work laptop at the time.Today, the Page also disappeared from my work laptop.I am certain I did not delete the Page. It does not appear in Version History either. My questionThis is an important, ongoing design project for me. Is there any way to find or restore the missing Page? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
