Can not verify Student Account / Education plan

I have 6 Days left to verify my Figma Education plan, and I am unable to do so because I have currently hit the verification-limit reached warning, and even previously I would encounter a “We couldn’t continue your verification” message regardless of what browser I used.

I have reached out to SheerID (both on their website form-contact page and through their Figma email) and also to the Figma Education email, but I have not received a response despite the extremely urgent nature of my matter (I am the owner/admin of my university organization’s Education team). Losing my Education status will be detrimental to everyone on my team.

Please help me out.

Regarding the verification limit, I can confirm that this is handled directly by SheerID, our verification partner. Just make sure you're reaching out to their dedicated Figma support email at figmasupport@sheerid.com so they can reset your limit and get you back on track. Thanks for your patience while they review it 🙏

Update: I can see that our support team was able to check on their end and can confirmour Figma for Education verification was successfully approved on September 4, 2026, and it’s valid through September 4, 2027! Please check your inbox when you can for the full details.
