I created my Figma account with a Professional license this morning. When I create files inside folders, they don’t appear in the folders themselves — I can only find them in the Recent tab.
I’ve tried moving the files from one folder to another, but nothing changes. My coworkers are experiencing the exact same issue: they can see my files in the Recent tab, but not in the folders.
We also tried deleting the folders. Figma tells us that they contain files and that those files will be deleted if we delete the folder.
However, when we try to move a file from the Recent tab into a folder, Figma says that the file is already located in a folder.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
