Hi! I’m also having an urgent issue with my Figma Education verification. I’m currently an active student at the University of Finance and Economics (UFE) in Mongolia, but I received the “Verification Limit Exceeded” error and can’t continue the verification process.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to get an official enrollment certificate right now because my university system is experiencing a technical issue. However, I can provide my valid student ID as proof of my current enrollment.
This is seriously affecting my coursework, and I have an important university assessment starting at 10:00 AM on September 6. I urgently need access to Figma for my coursework and assessment.
Could someone from the Figma/SheerID team please help reset my verification limit or escalate my case? I would really appreciate it if this could be reviewed as soon as possible. 🙏😔🥺
