Hello,

I am trying to upgrade to the Figma Professional plan. On the plan selection page, the Professional Full seat is shown as $16/month. However, when I proceed to the payment page, the price changes to $20/month for 1 Full seat.

Could you please explain why the price changes from $16 to $20? Is this due to taxes, my country/region, my account type, or another reason?

The price difference was not clear to me before proceeding to checkout. I have screenshots of both the $16 plan price and the $20 checkout price.

I would appreciate a clear explanation of the pricing difference.

Thank you.

Hi, @Xəyalə Mirzəyeva Məlikova. Thanks for your post, and great question!

It’s not taxes or any other inclusion. $16/month is what the price of an annual subscription is when broken down as a per-month cost. If you look closely at your second screenshot, you’ll see that just above the prices for the Professional plan that it’s selected on “Annual (Save 20%”). Showing the annual plan as a per-month subscription is meant to help illustrate the discount of that plan versus a monthly plan. Having said that, I can understand how you might look at that and think it’s just the cost of the monthly plan.

Let me know if you have any other questions - happy to help!
