Verification Limit Exceeded – Figma Education

Hello SheerID Support,

I am trying to verify my eligibility for the Figma Education plan, but I am receiving the following error:

“Verification Limit Exceeded. This offer may have already been used or an attempt may have been made to use it.”

I believe I meet the requirements for the Figma Education plan, and I would like to complete the verification process. Could you please review my case and reset my verification attempts/limit so that I can try again?

Hi ​@cristiangarciaa1 ! Just to clarify, this is the Figma Community Forum, not SheerID Support. The “Verification Limit Exceeded” message needs to be reviewed by SheerID. Please contact their dedicated Figma verification team at figmasupport@sheerid.com and include the error message you received. They’ll be able to review your case and determine whether your verification limit can be reset.
