I use Typeface as my font manager on Mac.  My brand fonts are open in there but when i try to use them in Figma Desktop I get two weights for Poppins.  (And yet in old Adobe XD I have the full range of all weights to choose from.)Why is this happening?

At first, I thought, I need to update the desktop app that I have on my windows, but when I checked, it was up to date. I tried to refresh everything, switch off the laptop and start all over again, but nothing works, as soon as I open my file, start working, it crashes in seconds. Hi Figma TeamWe are experiencing a bug where auto layout frames show incorrect dimensions on load. Any change to the frame triggers a recalculation and displays the correct result, which points to an initial calculation bug.DescriptionWhen a page loads, some auto layout frames display incorrect dimensions despite being configured correctly. The issue appears randomly and we have not been able to identify a specific trigger. As soon as any change is made to the frame, the dimensions update to the correct values. Interestingly, copy-pasting an affected frame also produces a correctly calculated result in the pasted copy.All of the following trigger a recalculation and temporarily resolve the issue:- Changing the auto layout direction and switching it back- Using "Regenerate all instances"- Manually dragging the frame larger, then pressing Ctrl+Z to undo- Copy-pasting the affected frameEnvironment- Affects both Figma web app and desktop app- Affects multiple users on our team (not user-sp

I'm a participant in the Makeathon hackathon where Figma offered 10,000 credits for Pro account users. However, my account was only given 3,000 credits per month, and I'm already down to ~736 credits left with the reset not until July 1.This is really affecting my ability to continue working on my hackathon project. A few questions:1. Did anyone else face this same issue with credits not matching what was promised?2. Is there a way to request additional credits specifically for hackathon participants?

I really need help for my UIUX portfolio, I really need it URGENT!!The Figma Sites designs from Preview look completely right, but when I goto the published url, the design layout is completely messed up. Elements are overlapping, and what’s supposed to be on the right suddenly moves to the left.  (You can see the pictures of my design if u scroll down)How should I debug this?  I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue where I’ve been billed for months for services connected to an account through my company email that I no longer have access to as I haven’t worked there for a year and lost access to that figma account and email. Multiple requests I have made through Fig AI agent don’t seem to even exist? (1963581). I created one support ticket (#1952467) through emailing the sales team but that ticket was marked as resolved even though I never received any information about the situation or any kind of confirmation email. 

I have opened 2 tickets regarding a suspicious charge on my bank card (as I don’t use your premium services), and both of them have been marked “solved”. However, I have not received any follow up. There are already many posts on this forum and reddit talking about how figma charges people without warning for services they don’t use. Is it a normal practice in your company? Is a chargeback the only solution?

I am certain that I canceled my Professional plan in May, but I noticed that I was still charged in June, even though I did not use any of the credits—you can verify this on your end. I would like to request a refund, if possible.

Hi Figma team,I’m trying to use the Figma Agent in a design file, but it doesn’t appear anywhere in my interface.I’m currently on a Professional plan.I already tried the following:- Selected a layer/frame and pressed Ctrl + Enter- Opened the Actions menu with Ctrl + K and searched for “Agent”, “AI Agent”, “Figma Agent”, “First Draft”, and “Make designs”- Checked Preferences, but I don’t see any option related to showing the AI chat or Figma Agent- Looked in the left sidebar/panel, but I don’t see an “Agents” option- Restarted Figma Desktop- Tried from my current design fileI can see some AI-related actions, such as “Add interactions”, but the full Figma Agent panel/chat does not appear.Could you please confirm if the Figma Agent beta is enabled for my account/workspace? Is it possible that it was previously available and then disabled or removed from my account?I’m using Figma Desktop on Windows with a Professional plan.Thanks!

HALP! I can no longer edit any existing text! I can however drop in new text and it works just fine. At one point I would get the missing font popup, go through the UI for it and select the missing font. Even though I had it installed a long time go. Close out the modal and I go to edit text, get the pop up again. The odd thing is that I would be able to create new text just fine...I don’t even get the popup anymore!I haveRestarted my machine Restarted Figma Reinstalled my Fonts Restore previous versionsHELP!!

Hi Figma team,I recently encountered a serious export-related bug that I also experienced several years ago.When I try to export a single frame, Figma starts downloading image assets. However, instead of downloading only the assets used in the selected frame, it appears to download image assets from the entire Figma file.In large files with many image elements, this causes the export process to take a very long time and leads to extremely high memory usage. Even with 48 GB of RAM, Figma can run out of memory and crash.After the crash, the cached assets for all pages seem to be cleared. As a result, whenever I need to export a frame from any file again, Figma has to re-download all resources, which makes the issue repeat.Could you please check whether the export logic is working as intended? It seems inefficient and problematic that Figma needs to download resources from the entire file just to export one specific frame.Expected behavior:Figma should only download the assets required fo

I’m curently having issues with copying and pasting variables from one file to another. I was testin figma mc with claude, but i’m scared to let claude fully create new variables so i create then in a new file then move to my DS, this way saves me from the fear of claude changing something exist in the DS

each time thatr i click on the domain is displaying an old version  of the website which is something that i don’t understand while i made an update to the website and it should display the new version, can you assist. i would like to dispaly the new version of the website on the domain 

I don’t even know how this happened haha, somehow some of the custom beziers in my file suddenly bugged and showed X values greater than 1.The resulting animation (attached) is pretty cool tho, ngl.Had to manually change all the custom beziers back, has anyone seen this before?
