Hi Figma Team,

I need help regarding a Figma file that is no longer accessible from my account. I’d like to understand whether the file may be recoverable.

The file was associated with my Education account, and I can provide the relevant file URL, account details, screenshots, and other information privately for verification.

Since some of these details are sensitive, I would prefer not to share them publicly. Could someone from the Figma Support team please advise me on the appropriate private channel or next steps?
