Fonts Not Usable Cross-Team

I understand that your teammates can use the fonts once they install them locally. This tells us the font files themselves are working fine, so this looks like a question of where the fonts are available rather than anything wrong with the upload itself.

Since you're working with team-admin font uploads, it sounds like you're on an Organization or Enterprise plan — let me know if that's not right.

If so, one thing worth double checking: Fonts uploaded to a specific team show up in the font picker for files in that team, while fonts uploaded at the organization level are available to members of any team. If the upload went through the team's settings and your colleagues are working in a different team, that may explain what you're running into. A few more things that'd help me narrow this down and look a bit further for you:

• When your teammates open the font picker, is Galano Grotesque missing entirely, or does it show up with a missing font warning?
• Was the upload done through Admin → Resources → Fonts, or through the team's own settings?
• Are the affected folks full members of your organization, or guests?
