On September 18 I purchased a single annual Collab seat for $50.40. On September 22 I inadvertently self-upgraded to a Full seat while attempting to access AI features. An upcoming billing adjustment of $210.07 was generated. The invoice is still upcoming and has not yet been charged. Can this upgrade be reversed and the billing adjustment removed?

👋🏻 Hi @Matthew Stevenson, welcome to Figma Forum!

Thanks for flagging this. We aren’t able to access account settings or review billing from this public thread, so I've passed this to our Customer Support team. Your case number is: 2147174, and they'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

For context, this article explains how moving from a Collab to a Full seat can add a new seat to your subscription: Manage seats in Figma → How seat changes work.

Appreciate your patience as the team reviews your request. They’ll let you know what's possible for the upcoming charge as soon as possible.
