only 3 connected domains to my professional plan and it tells me I reached maximum

Hey ​@Ahmed Youssri 👋 Thanks for posting. I have a few questions to help us troubleshoot:

• How many custom domains in total are connected across both Figma Sites and Figma Make?

• Do you have any apex/www pairs using one connected domain plus one redirect?

• Have you checked for any older Sites or Make projects may still have domains attached?

• Can you include a screenshot of the error and the domain settings. You can hide the domain names if needed

Same thing is happening to my account. I only have five active custom domains.

Same problem. I literally have only one domain connected

I'm currently subscribed to the Figma Professional plan.

According to Figma's official documentation, the Professional plan supports up to 10 custom domains shared between Figma Make and Figma Sites.

However, my account is currently showing that I've reached the maximum custom domain limit even though I only have 2 active custom domains connected across my Figma Make and Figma Sites projects.

I've already checked my existing and older projects and I don't have 10 domains connected.

Could you please check the custom domain allocation/count for my Professional workspace and remove any stale or incorrectly counted domain assignments?

Current active custom domains: 2
Plan: Professional
Expected limit: 10

I’m having the same problem. I had 3 custom domains connected to different published Figma Sites projects. I wanted to connect another domain to a fourth Site project that I’m currently creating, but I got a message saying that I had reached the maximum number of domains allowed on my plan (I’m currently on the Professional plan). I removed the domain from one of the projects that already had a domain connected, to see if that would allow me to connect the new project, but now I’m getting the same error message on both projects. So I only have 2 domains connected, and I still can’t connect any more domains to new projects...

Hey ​@Ahmed Youssri. I opened a support ticket for this. The ID is 2145088 and the email subject line is Figma Sites maximum number of domains allowed warning but only 3 connected sites. Please keep an eye on your email (and spam folder if necessary) for the email and any replies from our team.
