only 3 connected domains to my professional plan and it tells me I reached maximum

iam on a professional plan but when I try to connect domains now it tells me that I have reached the maximum limit, the limit is 10 domains as written on the website, but I only have 3 active connected domains, how come I have reached the limit?

Hey @Ahmed Youssri 👋 Thanks for posting. I have a few questions to help us troubleshoot:

How many custom domains in total are connected across both Figma Sites and Figma Make?
Do you have any apex/www pairs using one connected domain plus one redirect?
Have you checked for any older Sites or Make projects may still have domains attached?
Can you include a screenshot of the error and the domain settings. You can hide the domain names if needed

total custom third party connected domains are 3

yes only one of the 3 connected domains has a www apex
Have you checked for any older Sites or Make projects may still have domains attached?
yes, nothing old is connected
