Account Verification or Figma for Education

I am writing to request a manual review for the Figma Education plan. I am a teacher at Sundarammal School in India, but the automated verification system is blocking my application.

My school does not provide official email addresses or custom domains to its teaching staff. Consequently, I must register using my personal email address: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].

To verify my active status, I have attached a clear photograph of my official, physical School ID Card for the current 2026–2027 academic year. It displays my full professional name, Arun Krishnan R, along with the institutional stamp.

Please manually review my attached credentials so I can unlock Figma Professional features for my classroom setup.

I'm not able to review applications or see account status from the Figma Forum. Figma for Education requires applying with a school-issued email address, which likely explains why your application is getting blocked using a personal email.

So I can point you to the right next step, are you applying as a K-12 educator for individual use, or to use Figma with your students? And what did the verification message say when your application was blocked?
