When uploading images through bulk via XLSX the image quality appears very blurred inside Figma Buzz, even though the photograph quality is high initially. Would be great if someone can help my understand why this may be happening? TIA 

It suddenly changed like this

I’m currently working on a file that includes components from a design library. I see the button to “ignore autolayout” for any components that I add locally in the file, but it is not available for components from libraries.The only way to get it to apply it is to create a frame or group around the library component instance, add “autolayout” to that frame/group, and then ungroup.But then, I also can’t remove the “ignore autolayout.”This seems to be a bug.

Anything that changed in the last week? Suddenly no embedded prototype is playing anymore in the presenter mode. They load and work fine when previewing them in Edit, and when viewing them in the design Files, but nothing when presenting.  Even in old files that they used to work in are suddenly broken

I have created a dropdown component that has a hover mode, each instance has been named separately and shows correctly in design mode but when in present mode it defaults to the original component rather than the instance.  

What does it take to get Figma to answer a support request? Being dead in the water with things that don’t work as they are supposed to is bad look Figma. At least help us out.

Hi, i had made an account on figma, I made a design file in it and transferred the ownership to other account after accepting the invite. Left the file after transferring ownership. Now my second account dont show the file anywhere. I have even checked trash its not there. It has happened to 2 of my design files up till now. How can i recover my files as these were important. I have already Submitted a ticket but haven't got any response back yet. Ticket Number :  #1478316

Hello, I hope you’re doing well.I’m unable to access any accounts through the desktop app. I already cleared the cache, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I also tried using the beta app, but the same problem occurs. The only screens I see are the ones attached below. 

We have users having issues with Design links disappearing after a refresh. It shows the design is there, but once they refresh or leave page and come back, they are gone. I have tried linking myself and have the same issue. Not sure if anyone has had experienced this before. We also contacted Atlassian support and they pointed us here. 

I’m experiencing several bugs when I’m nesting prototypes inside my Figma sites. I’m listing several bugs I encountered, would love to know if anyone else is experiencing something similar:State changes using triggers are not registering in prototypes e.g. when I nest a button with hover and press states in a page, the button doesn’t return to the default state once I release the click or move the cursor away from the button.Borders with opacity below 100% don’t show up in my deployment e.g. I’m using a 1px solid black border with 10-30% opacity and it barely renders in the prototypesDeployment vs. DesignAny vectors shapes with fill doesn’t respond to the triggers when animating e.g. when I change an icon going from 60% → 100% opacity from default to hover state. It doesn’t recognize the state change like it does in Figma design files. Not sure if this is some rendering issue of if the prototypes in Sites are just buggy.

I followed all the steps to create a Connected Project. On my design studio’s profile (host) the connection is visible and my client’s Figma (external team) also shows that there is a connected project. But under All Projects on external team’s side, there are no visible shared projects! Where do I find this Connected Project??

Figma now pastes vector code as a raster image.This is not an Illustrator issue. I’ve checked all the clipboard settings. Seems to be Figma. 

i cant share the links for some reason

The Figma Make chat has gotten so long that I can't do anything anymore. It's running very slowly. No prompts are being entered, and the "thinking" message keeps popping up. How do I open a new chat? When I start a new Make project, I see it running very fast. Why do old projects get stuck?

I’ve been using Figma Make for a while and almost crossed 650+ versions. Now, whenever I input a prompt, the prompt is working on the file, but version history is not showing. “Reasoning” is the status which is visible, nothing other than that. Now I can’t do a undo to my previous versions. 

Today I noticed that when I try to apply variable modes to page / artboard / layer using Figma on web they won’t apply. I select the option and nothing happens. I use this feature frequently, and it’s working in the desktop app, so it seems like this is a new problem. Anyone else experiencing?

FigJam toolbar in Safari: can't select ConnectorsWhen I select the “Shapes and Connectors” button in the toolbar in FigJam in Safari, the second toolbar appears, but I cannot select any of the Connectors. All other items are selectable.  I discovered that on the main toolbar I can choose the Square, Ellipse, and Connector directly. But if I use this method to attempt to use a Connector, when the second toolbar appears, I cannot choose a different type of Connector.  This is:Safari Version 18.6 (20621.3.11.11.3) macOS 15.6 (24G84) Closed and reopened Safari.Tried it in a Private Window.Works in Chrome... 

The keyboard arrow keys were previously a helpful way to fine-tune the guide’s position. This no longer works, as pressing the arrow keys now causes the entire canvas to move up or down when the guide is selected. Is there a way to restore the previous behavior?

I’ve been working on a prototype for a week and started experiencing multiple bugs yesterday (Aug 19) while using the prototype. One page will not scroll. I have the page overflow settings set to scroll vertical, and i have overflow content in the page frame, but it will no longer scroll, no matter what I do. On this same page, when I open the prototype, it doesn’t show one of the headings on the page that exists in the design file. There are no interactions on the heading, it’s just text. I can make other changes on the page and they are reflected in the prototype, but nothing I do to this heading will make it appear On other pages in the prototype, I use variants of the same component. When I launch the prototype and navigate to one of the pages with this component, and then navigate to a second page with the component, it will only show me the component from the first page. I have to reset the prototype every time I want to see the component variant that is actually on the page I’m

I'm having trouble importing a .fig file... I've already cleared the temp/figma folder as recommended, but this error appeared:"Failed to download the file importer. Please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again."I've read a few other discussions, but I don't see the option to choose the file format on my end.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

We as a company essentials concept GmbH in Germany had once a paid figma account.This account we have moved into a free account because the company is no more an advertising agency. Since one of my last employees must have created an account on him- oder herself I don't have any way to get into this account but I pay monthly 101,- Euro to you.  who can help me an how? Thank you all in advance.
