Icons wrapped and with scale applied do not work properly anymore after latest update.Note on updates in general: everytime there is a new update I have noticed something breaking in Figma. For the price paid for the service it would be great if all the new implementations went through thorough testing everytime. It is quite annoying to have to find work arounds every new releases to avoid these bugs.

I only need 1 full site , and  I set all member  free on my team .but the bill shows that I need to pay for 2 full-seat. How can I delet the additional full-seat from the bill ?  Could you connect me with the support team to cancel the seats ?[a screenshot redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the color picker tool in Figma. When I try to select a color from my design using the Color Picker, it always detects the color as black (HSB 0° 0 0), even though the area I’m sampling clearly has different colors. No matter which part of the frame or image I select, the result is always black.I’ve already tried zooming in, restarting Figma, and switching files, but the issue still persists. It happens on every document.I’m not sure whether this is a bug in the color picker or something related to my settings.Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?Thank you!

Hello Figma Support Team,I hope you're doing well. Hello Figma Support,I was working as an editor on a team project, but the owner’s account was deactivated due to an unverified education plan. Now the entire project is locked, and I cannot move or edit the file.I kindly request restoring access to the file or transferring ownership to my account, as the original owner is unavailable. This project is important for my work and I need to continue designing.Thank you.

"When I try to run 'Import plugin from manifest' in the Plugins menu on my computer, the Finder does not open. Because of this, I am unable to integrate Figma with MCP."

I accidentally deleted my account without canceling my professional plan first, and now I am getting billed $260 every month. I re-activated the account, but I lost the professional plan access and could not cancel the plan from the re-activated account. I was not able to get a hold of Figma’s customer service to resolve this. Can somebody please help?

Hi there, my team and i have been experiencing our components shift and move out of frame when we duplicate or when the file refreshes. This hasnt happened before but for the last few days we’ve been experiencing this. has anyone else?

I have tried several times to log in and verify my student profile, but each time it tells me I still need to "verify status." If I try again to verify it, I get the message "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What should I do? I’ve already contacted the figma support but they haven’t responded yet…I really need my figma education account for my uni finals :(((

Hello,I’m currently trying to get the Figma Education plan but I’m facing several issues.• SheerID rejected my verification without giving details and closed my ticket permanently.  • I contacted education@figma.com more than a week ago but haven’t received a reply.  • My school does not provide the option to create a new academic email, so I cannot submit a new request.  • I am an active student and can provide school documents (student ID or enrollment certificate) if needed.Could someone from the Figma team please review my case or let me know what I can do next?Email used for verification: bb3***@gac***.ac.krSchool domain: gac***.ac.krThank you!

I think it’s essential to enhance Figma Webpages because that’s the direction we should always be working toward. But Webpages feels like a downgraded version of Figma, with too many limitations—from plugins to AI integration methods. I don’t want a weakened Figma; I want a more powerful one. Webpages shouldn’t be a lesser option but the standard condition. What’s needed are mockups as close to reality as possible to showcase the functionalities. Why do we have to keep coming up with operational workarounds?

Hello, Although I have cancelled my subscription and I now have a starter plan and my workspace is listed as Free, I have been charged 12,40 € for the Professional Plan.I have tried multiple times to reach out to support. Please contact me through my email and refound it, as I do believe it was a mistake. Best regards,Federica

HiI have tried to verify my student account, and did it before the deadline - I even got an email that confirmed my re-verification but my student plan still expired. When I try to verify it again it says that I have exceeded the limit of times I can verify. Is there a way to get the student-plan back? I have tried several times and different ways but nothing works.

Dear Figma Team,I am currently on a Professional Plan where i pay $20 per month. Now for this month of November 2025, why am i seeing that i owe $56.77? What is it for? What has changed? I need access to my Figma so i can make my steady $20 per month. Unless there’s some valid explanation to this. RegardsEnoobong George

Hi team, I’ve lost an important file; and I can no longer find it on my account at all; can I get some help on this? I cannot see it in my Deleted either.

I need help with an issue related to seats and billing. I accidentally added an extra seat to our Figma organization. The seat was never assigned or used, and I tried to remove it right away, but there is no option to delete or cancel it.Now I see a one-time charge of $129.40 scheduled for December 21, 2025, even though the seat is completely unused. This is a company account, and the payment method is our corporate card, so I really need to prevent this charge from going through. This was an unintended click and we do not require an additional seat. Thanks in advance for your help.

New version of Figma can not edit the measurement anymore. We can double click to edit it before. Now we can only use it as default measure number. Is it a bug? If not, then why remove this feature?

I can’t access the email support form that should be available for professional accounts:  Since you're on a Professional plan, you have access to email support for billing issues. You can contact the Figma Support team through our Support contact page Has this recently been removed? The issue: I have an annual plan and have been using Figma plugins without issue until today. Now when I select a plugin a popup appears about full seat access. ‘Continue’ is a vague CTA and I thought this would give a confirmation or more info but no, the account has been instantly upgraded. How can I resolve this as it is a genuine mistake and I have downgraded the user already.I now have a monthly invoice for December 18, 2025 of £76.31 but wish to remain on my existing annual plan. It also appears that I have lost my previous paid for collab status - as that now shows as additional £5 month.  Here is the errornous popup:

I can no longer use Figma on desktop because the version for OS 11.7 is apparently no longer available. I was forced to update to a new version of Figma desktop. I did not subscribe to Figma to use it only while I’m online with a broadband connection. You took the app I’m paying for away from me. That sucks. Is it even legal?

Hello, I have already contacted support but haven't received a response. Here is my problem: I am a graphic design student, and following my professor’s instructions, I applied for the Figma Education Plan.My professor asked us to link the plan to our university email address, but by mistake, I initially associated it with my personal email. After realizing the error, I deleted both accounts and started the process again using only my university email address. However, when I try to reapply for the Education Plan, I receive the following message: “We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”To resolve this, I contacted SheerID directly. They confirmed that my verification request was already successfully approved on October 14, 2025, and assured me there are no issues on their end. Could you please help me activate the Education Plan correctly on my university account? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolvi

I’m running into an issue with my EDU account on Figma Make. My dashboard originally said that my credits would reset on November 30, but when that date arrived, the reset date changed to December 1. I assumed it was just a small delay, but it now looks like the reset date is being pushed back by one day each time I check.

Is there a way to export an AI generated page into a regular figma design file and then edit from that?

Hi, I've been a user of Figma's education plan for a few years now and was prompted to reverify my account a few months ago. I followed the instructions that were sent to me via email to reverify my account and it seemed to work, yet my student account still reverted back to a basic plan. I've been trying to reverify my account again, but I keep getting an error that says "student verification limit exceeded."I contacted SheerID already and they confirmed that I was approved for the education plan on their end. I contacted Figma education (education@figma.com) about this issue weeks ago and still have not gotten a response after multiple follow ups. Is there anyone that could help get me my education plan back?
