I got changed full 23$ for a cancelled plan. i do not have any active plan

I had cancelled my professional plan on December 24th. I had a professional Plan which I had paid for from November 25th to December 25th. But I just received a notification that my card was charged today for the same amount of 23$ on 26th december 2025. Please help refund this. As I do not have any active plan. and in my account it shows than i am in the free plan.
