Dear Figma support team, I am writing to ask for a refund of the money that was recently deducted from my Figma account. I was automatically charged for a subscription of 35 USD, which I did not plan to renew. Is it possible to get a refund? I purchased the plan to allow two other people to edit my work, but it has been two weeks since I last used it, and the subscription has been renewed without my knowledge. Since the payment, I have not used any of the features of the plan that was renewed. Thank you in advance for your understanding and assistance.

I wanted to share a resource that may help clarify why you’re seeing this charge and how subscriptions work: Manage billing on the Professional plan → How billing works.

Subscriptions are set up to renew automatically, and collaborators can be moved to a free View seat at any point during the billing cycle. When a paid seat is downgraded, the charge isn’t prorated, but the seat does remain available for someone else to use for the rest of the billing period.
