Unable to to duplicate a design file, it seems to be a problem that many people talked about. The design file has no active branches. Adding the /duplicate trick does not work anymore. FIGMA!! please fix this stupid bug.

No, I reckon it is a bug that has something to do with a design file had a branch created.
I tried to create a new design file, at first, I am able to duplicate it. and then I create a branch within that new design file and then archive and delete the branch. Then the design file can not be duplicated...
